Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Lecturer II

Candidates must possess a good Honours degree with at least Second Class (Lower Division) plus a Ph.D Degree in Microbiology or related fields from recognized universities with at least one year post Ph.D teaching, research and administrative experience in a tertiary institution. He must also have an evidence of not less than three (3) publications in both local and international reputable journals.

OR

Candidates must possess a good Honours degree with at least Second Class (Lower Division) and Masters degree,plus evidence of registration on a Ph.D programmein Microbiology or related fields, from recognized universities, with at leastOne (1) year teaching, research and administrative experience in a tertiary institution. He/She must also have an evidence of not less than three (3) publications in both local and international reputable journals.

  1. Assistant Lecturer

Candidates must possess a good Honours degree with at least Second Class (Lower Division) and Masters degree, plus evidence of registration on a Ph.D programme in Chemistry or  related fields, from recognized universities, with at least one year post qualification experience.

  1. Senior Engineer (Civil)

A good honours degree in Civil Engineering/NSE Graduateship Certificate, plus 8 years post-qualification relevant experience.  Registration with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) is required. Computer literacy and competency is mandatory.

 CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Conditions of service are similar to those obtainable in similar institutions of higher learning.
