About us

Established in 2017, Precious Cornerstone University (PCU), a faith-based tertiary Institution is a project of people of vision in partnership with the Most High God for a complete emancipation and beautification of Africa with her focus on teaching, learning, research and community service.

The Prestigious University was initiated and promoted by the Founder and Presiding Bishop of the Sword of the Spirit Ministries, Bishop Francis Wale Oke with several Founding members including the Governing Council of the university.

After a long awaited period of time for approval, the university was licensed to operate in the year 2017. It is the belief of the University that the knowledge which upgrades human qualities, faculties and professional skills has the power to greatly impact on human welfare.

Our aim is to make PCU a world class University, and our management team is committed to achieve it.

We believe that bringing together talented knowledge-seekers across economic, geographic, religious, linguistic and cultural divides will enrich the students’ education. In order to reach a wide range of candidates with diverse experiences, the University also focus on attracting poor, rural youths who traditionally have been the most excluded and thus disempowered group.
