Candidates must have a Ph.D with at least ten (10) publications of which seven (7) must be journal articles and three (3) referred conference proceedings. Three (3) of the journal articles must be additional since last appointment/upgrading/promotion.
Lecturer I
Candidates must have a Ph.D with three (3) journal articles or two (2) journal articles plus two (2) referred conference proceedings. Two (2) of the publications must be additional since last promotion or appointment OR a Masters degree with 5 journal articles or four (4) journal articles plus two (2) refeered conference proceedings. Two (2) of the publications must be additional since last appointment/upgrading/promotion.
