PCU Computer Science Student emerges Winner of NACOS Quiz competition

Aremu David Adekanola, a student of the Department of Computer Science took first place in a inter-university quiz competition organized by the National Association of Computing Students (NACOS) in conjunction with ProctorMe Inc. The quiz, which was conducted online, tested the knowledge level of participants in computer science areas like  AI, Frameworks, Version Control, Programming Language and Basic computer Knowledge.

The winners were announced on Tuesday by NACOS in a statement released on their Facebook page (NACOS’S National Post). “With great pleasure, we announce the winners of the NACOS Computing Quiz Competition sponsored by ProctorMe. The Competition was designed to test the knowledge and expertise of computer experts, and we are pleased to say that the participants truly rose to the challenge”, stated NACOS.

Lawal Aminu-Saleh of Umaru Musa Yar’adua University emerged second while in third place was Ifeanyi David Okwueze of Delta State University of Science and Technology.

Aremu David of Precious Cornerstone University was congratulated by staff on his feat of excellence.
